Anticipated Start: Late March
The Looking Within Center at Gloria Dei offers a welcoming space for spiritual awareness, inner transformation, and lived experience of the sacred. Grounded in openness and experiential learning, the LWC hosts meditation, retreats, contemplative movement, book studies, and centering prayer.
We seek a spiritual formation leader to help shape this ministry. The Director will collaborate with staff, volunteers, and partners to create retreats, contemplative gatherings, and digital resources, while nurturing an inclusive, supportive community. Candidates should be grounded in spiritual practice, comfortable leading in a progressive Christian context with interfaith openness, and bring humility and compassion.
