Abundant Living Yoga
Enjoy these mind-body sessions that promote physical health, emotional well-being, and spiritual growth through a combination of asanas (body postures), breath practices, mindfulness, and self-study.
(Facilitated by Dawn Jacobson, an integrative medicine physician who is an accredited yoga instructor and longtime practitioner of the practice. Beginners are welcome as Dr. Jacobson offers instruction for all poses and breath practices.)
