Art & Spirituality Session

Class Fee:  There is no cost for this session

If possible: Each participant is asked to bring 5-7 magazines to share

In this second Art and Spirituality gathering, participants will engage in a guided, hands on collage process followed by reflective writing. This process brings an awareness of how intention, intuition, color, image and word can form a foundation for personal, meaningful divine connection and insights into our daily spiritual life. It is a simple, quiet experience of discovery. No experience necessary. Personal journals are welcome but not needed.

Lavonne Lovstad’s professional background includes Art Education, Art Therapy, Spiritual Direction and Energy Healing. Her passion is the exploration of Sacred Mystery in all of life.
